Placing your Order
We have hopefully made shopping with us as simple as possible, whilst supplying enough information to make your choices straight forward. All you need to do is browse our store from the comfort of your home, add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping just click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details to complete your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
If you are shopping from abroad please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency and this will be shown on your next statement.
When you receive confirmation of an order from us, it is to indicate that we have received your order, it does not mean that a contract exists between us. Once we send you an email to confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched this will then indicate acceptance of your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price we will always contact you first to ensure the price change is acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are advised by our secure payment provider that a transaction may be “high risk” or possibly fraudulent.
Create With Wool online store makes every effort to ensure the information provided is accurate, complete, reliable, current and error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described and you are not completely satisfied then please return it in an unused and re-saleable condition for a refund (see below for refund procedure).
Postage and Packaging
When you reach the checkout area, you will be asked to select your country for shipping. We do make a small charge to cover the costs of postage and packaging please see table below:

Deliveries
We aim to process your order on the day of receipt. If product is in stock we will normally dispatch your order to you within 48 hours after payment has been cleared.
On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock we will inform you and place on back order if you require and will aim to give you an estimated delivery date.
VAT
All product prices quoted are inclusive of UK VAT Tax where applicable.
Credit Card Security
We use a secure payment provider, RBS Worldpay, therefore all credit card numbers are encrypted. Your details are not held in clear text on any website and we will have no record of your credit card details.

Returns
You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us in writing either by email or letter stating why you wish to return the goods. In the case of damaged or faulty goods you must include a description or the damage or fault. Once we have received your request to return goods we will issue you with a Returns Number and any further instructions. Providing unwanted goods are returned to us in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within seven days of delivery we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 14 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, the Returns Number, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you unless they are damaged or faulty in which case we will refund the additional cost of returning the goods to us.
Please note that for copyright and usage reasons we are not able to offer refunds on books, patterns, needles or discounted yarns.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Payment
We welcome payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or Cheque.
Card payments can be made online through our shopping cart, or you may telephone us with your order and card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Cheques must be made payable to “Create” and must be cleared before goods are dispatched.
All prices shown are in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
